Marketing My Loft For Maximum Exposure

In today’s high tech world, simply listing your home on the MLS and waiting for buyers to find your home does not work.

Once your home is market ready, I will ensure that only the best photographs and videos are taken and used to create web optimized virtual tours, web pages, feature sheets, open house postcards and much more to maximize your home’s exposure to any and all potential buyers.

The beauty of internet marketing is that your buyer can come from the local Toronto real estate market, or from anywhere in the world.

Did you know that more than 95% of all home buyers and sellers start their search online? Not surprising because if you think about what you would do if you wanted to sell your home or buy a home, you would probably Google something like “Toronto Real Estate Agent” or “Toronto Lofts For Sale” or ” How To Sell My Loft“….well you get my point, it is critical to market your Toronto Loft for sale, online as well as offline! I will also print full colour, glossy information sheets for buyers to take with them when they leave your home and I will also print and distribute open house cards to the surrounding neighbours to start a buzz about your place.
